Modern life is characterized by high levels of stress, anxiety, and loneliness. Islam provides a holistic approach to mental health, acknowledging the interplay between the spiritual, emotional, and physical dimensions.

Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured. (Quran 13:28). Mental health issues are not necessarily a sign of weak faith. Seeking professional medical and psychological help is encouraged in Islam.

Spirituality and Care

The Power of Dhikr: Regular remembrance of Allah and prayer provide a foundational sense of peace and perspective. Community Support: Being part of a supportive community and having someone to talk to is vital for mental well-being (Suhbah).
