Islam established fundamental rights like the sanctity of life, property, honor, and privacy long before modern charters.
Foundations
Whoever kills a soul... it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. (Quran 5:32). Sanctity of Life and Honor: Every human life is sacred, and their reputation must be protected.
Core Rights
Right to Privacy: Islam forbids spying and unnecessary intrusion. Freedom of Conscience: "There is no compulsion in religion" (2:256) establishes the fundamental right to belief.
